Registration is now closed.

The fees for student attendance is  €620, which includes attendance at the school, coach transport to/from Ce.U.B (set time only), all meals (from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch), as well as accommodation (twin rooms). Students are responsible for their own travel to/from Forli train station/Ce.U.B. 

Payment is by bank transfer only.

Participants will receive an automatic acknowledgement email with their invoice.  The invoice should be paid by bank transfer within 30 days or before the end of February 2026.  

The School is limited to 50 students, therefore places are on a first come, first served basis.

Students wishing to take part in the poster session, should prepare a poster which describes their activity in the field of applied superconductivity, in the frame of their Ph.D. program or at their company.  There is no facility for printing posters at the venue, so students should bring their posters with them.

Poster display boards are 2m high x 1m wide, therefore the recommended poster size is 120cm high x 90cm wide.

Payment in full by bank transfer is required within 30 days of the date of the invoice or by 14 January 2026, whichever is the earliest. All costs in respect of electronic bank transfers in € Euros are to be paid by the originator.  Your invoice number should be used as the payment reference.

Cancellations received by email to registration@sasevents.co.uk on or before 14 January 2026 will be charged a 20% administration fee which must be paid in full, any amounts already paid will be refunded less the administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded and the original invoice will remain payable in full.
