Accommodation is at the University Centre at Via Aldruda Frangipane, 4/6.  All rooms are equipped with en-suite bathroom, towels, hairdryer, and wi-fi connection.

 Check-out from the room is by 11 am.

CHECK-IN 

Please check in at the Reception.  Reception will be open on 8 February as follows:

• From 5pm to 8.30pm at Via Frangipane 6, at the check-in office located next to the conference room (uphill to the fortress, on your right before the Fortress main entrance gate; please refer to the relative indication signs to reach the building).  Please note: As we do not have a 24 hour reception desk, we kindly ask to observe this timetable. Arrivals outside scheduled reception hours need to be arranged in advance with the secretariat office accordingly.
