Prices shown are net of 20% VAT. Prices do not include accommodation, we have preferential rates at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel, you will see the booking code & information in your confirmation email. Please note there are a limited number of rooms available at the preferential rate. 

The event is being held in person in the UK so the place of supply rules dictate that UK VAT applies to delegate fees, even if you are attending from another Country. UK is no longer a member of the EU so we cannot zero rate the VAT for this event.

Bursary Criteria: Abstract accepted for Reid Bio 2025 for a talk or poster.
Eligibility - 'Academic - PhD students and Postdocs' (<5 years). 'Industry' -  Either under 30 years of age or < 5 years’ experience in the industry. Time taken for a career break is not included, you do not have to be currently employed.
You will have been given the password for the Bursary category if your abstract has been accepted and you have been awarded a bursary, please enter it below.

Fees must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice and no later than 25th August 2025, whichever is soonest. Delegates: Cancellations received in writing before 5pm (BST) 8th August 2025 will be charged a 20% administration fee which must be paid in full, any amounts already paid will be refunded less the administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded and the original invoice will remain payable in full. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.

ACCOMMODATION: We have preferential rates for attendees at the conference hotel, if you would like to book accommodation at the Cambridge Belfry, please click here and click on the 'Add Code' down arrow, click on the 'Discount Code' down arrow, select 'Promo/Corporate Code', enter the code CHROMSOC25 and click 'ADD'. The room rate is £105.00 per night B&B for single occupancy in a standard room type. The rate is bookable for Sunday 7th September through to Thursday 11th September 2025.  Early booking is recommended to secure these accommodation rates.
