We will communicate with you only in respect of this event and will only forward your details to those who require them in order to produce the event (e.g. venue, caterer, organisers and speakers). Your photo, if taken, may appear in the Pulp & Paper's social media streams, website or in marketing literature. If you need a letter of invitation for your organisation or institution to attend the Symposium, please select below.

Letters will go through an approval process and be sent to you via email, once confirmed.

Accommodation dates must include 13th September to 17th September. Accommodation fee for the symposium is £1050per room.
An additional night before and after the above dates can be booked at an extra cost of £144pppn.
