Accommodation

We recommend booking your accommodation at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment. Accommodation is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please select your check-in and check-out dates below and click on 'Search'.

If you are sharing a double room with a delegate/guest attending the conference, there is no need to book an additional room. However, if you require a separate room, please indicate that below.

Single occupancy: 710 PLN + 8 %VAT
Double occupancy: 780 PLN + 8% VAT

All prices are per night and include breakfast. All rooms have a double bed. Guests will be asked to pre-authorize their card for 200 PLN per night booked, for additional orders or damages.
