To comply with the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (UK & EU GDPR) we are contractually obliged to process your data to make all necessary arrangements regarding your attendance at or participation in the event. We will communicate with you in respect of this event and future Honours' Dinners and will only forward your details to those who require them in order to produce the event. Your name and company will appear on the delegate list. Your photo, if taken, may be shared on social media by other attendees and may appear on the BCO's social media streams, website or in marketing literature. Contact Details

The contact details provided below can be for the table host or the person looking after the booking administration. You will be able to complete your attendees details on the next page.

The Honours Dinner can only be booked by BCO members but you are welcome to bring non-member guests.

Guest List

If you do not want your name/guests names and company name to be included on the BCO Honours Dinner guest list, which is available to all attendees, please tick 'Opt-out'. If you do not opt out, your details will be included on the guest list.

The tables highlighted in blue and yellow are reserved.  Please select your table number below.

Please note that 'Guest Name 1' is the table host and will be Seat 1.
Seat 1 is in the 6 o'clock position facing the stage. Please list the remaining guest names in the order you would like them to be seated around the table. (Guest 2 = Seat 2, etc. going clockwise, so Seat 6 is in the 12 o'clock position.)


Dietary Requirements: If the attendee has an allergy, please select 'Allergy' and 'Other' (at the bottom of the list) and add the details in the box that will appear.
Multiple requirements: You can select as many as apply from the list, if any of the requirements are not listed, please select 'Other' and add the details in the box.

We supply place cards for the Honours Dinner but you are very welcome to bring your own. Please select from the options below:

Billing Address

Please ensure the Company name is correct for your accounts/finance team to be able to process the payment of the invoice.
If it is wrong, we will have to raise a credit note and a new invoice.

Booking Summary


Editing deadline - 10am, 27th January 2026 for dietary requirements to be catered for and guest names to be on the seating plan.

Payment

IMPORTANT: If you have been editing/viewing your booking you must click on 'Submit' to confirm any changes. If there is a balance to pay, select 'Invoice/BACS', it will not raise a new invoice.
